ContentIn a context of synchronized global growth, with US growing vigorously and Europe leaving behind the worst of the crisis, emerging countries take the lead of global growth, showing again a clear supremacy. TitleWhy multi-asset portfolios?
ContentInvesting across a diverse range of asset classes can be a simple way for investors to improve their potential for returns, while at the same time, lowering portfolio risk. This is particularly important given that equity and bond valuations are elevated and the investment outlook is more challenging. The good news for investors is that a far broader range of investments is available to investors than ever before. This includes asset classes such as currencies, interest rates, inflation, volatility, infrastructure, property, high-yield bonds, loans, asset-backed securities, insurance-linked securities, emerging market bonds, litigation finance and marketplace lending. During his presentation, Mike Brooks will cover this topics giving at the same time an update about our Aberdeen Global-Diversified Growth Fund and Aberdeen Global- Diversified Income Fund.
BiogMike Brooks is Head of Diversified Multi-Asset. Mike joined Aberdeen in 2015 from Baillie Gifford where he was an Investment Manager in the Diversified Growth team.
