|Biog||Paulo Salazar joined Candriam in 2015 as an equity research analyst covering emerging markets. Paulo has over 10 years of experience in private equity and financial markets. Prior to joining the firm, Paulo was a private equity associate at The Riverside Company based in Brussels. Prior to that, he worked with equity research for GWI Asset Management, Equitas Investimentos and Banco Itau in Brazil covering several industries in Latin America and the United States. Paulo earned his B.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from FGV-EAESP in Sao Paulo and has an International Diploma in Finance from University of California, Berkeley Extension.|

In his role, he works closely with our portfolio managers to articulate their investment process, portfolio positioning and investment performance to clients and consultants around the world. He is based in London. Fabio joined Aviva Investors in August 2016 after having previously spent 2 years at ICAP plc as an institutional sales focusing on credit default swaps. Fabio holds a BSc in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University as well as an MSc in Finance from Grenoble Graduate School of Business.|

|Biog||Anu Narula, Head of Global Equities at Mirabaud Asset Management, manages the funds Mirabaud - Equities Global Focus and the Mirabaud - Global Equity High Income fund and has experience in the portfolio management industry since 2001.|
Prior to joining Mirabaud Asset Management in 2013, Mr Narula worked at AXA Framlington where he was lead-manager of the Global Equity High Income fund and co-manager of the Global Opportunities fund, and prior to that was the portfolio manager of the global equity part of the global macro hedge fund Cadwyn Global since 2005. He started his career at Morley Fund Management in the Global Equity team.
Mr Narula holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, holds an MBA from the London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

|Biog||Mike Brooks is Head of Diversified Multi-Asset. Mike joined Aberdeen in 2015 from Baillie Gifford where he was an Investment Manager in the Diversified Growth team. He co-founded the Diversified Growth strategy at Baillie Gifford in 2008, playing a leading role in the development of the philosophy and process, in the ongoing management of the fund and in the successful expansion of the client base. Mike joined Baillie Gifford in 2000 as Head of Investment Risk. Prior to this he was Head of Quantitative Research at Aegon Asset Management. Mike graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics from Heriot Watt University. Mike is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries.|
