BiogMurray Birt joined the company in 2011. Prior to his current role, Murray supported senior management leadership in the area of climate finance and implementing the company's climate change business strategy. Before joining, he worked with companies to develop consensus policy positions, published papers and lobbied UK and European governments on energy and climate change policies at the Confederation of British Industry. Murray began his career in consulting, policy research and program support for energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon markets in Alberta, Canada. Murray holds a BA in Economics from University of Calgary; MSc in Environmental Change and Management from University of Oxford; Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

BiogLaurence Taylor is a Portfolio Specialist in the equity division at T. Rowe Price, representing the firm's global equity strategies to institutional clients, consultants and prospects. Laurence Taylor has 19 years of investment experience, nine of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Laurence Taylor was a quantitative portfolio manager at AXA Rosenberg, with responsibility for European institutional clients, and began his career at Hewitt Associates in the UK investment practice. At Hewitt, he provided investment advice to European institutions as a client-facing consultant before specializing in the research and selection of global and regional equity managers in the manager research team. Laurence Taylor obtained his B.A., with honours, from Greenwich University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

BiogCarlos von Hardenberg is Senior Vice President and the Director of Frontier Markets Strategy for the Templeton Emerging Markets Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for setting the overall strategy for his respective area, providing guidance and thought leadership, coordinating appropriate resources and coverage, and leveraging the group's expertise to add value across products within the strategy. In addition, he is the portfolio manager for the Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC, and collaborates on the global emerging markets strategies. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2002, Carlos von Hardenberg was an analyst in the corporate finance department for Bear Stearns International in London. He entered the financial services industry in 1999. Carlos von Hardenberg holds a M.Sc., with distinction, in investment management from London City University Business School (UK) and a B.Sc., with honours, in business studies from the University of Buckingham (UK). He speaks German, English and Spanish.

He has 10+ years of due diligence and operations experience from start-ups to multinationals, and he graduated from Harvard Business School.
