Kevin Daly (pictured), senior investment manager at Aberdeen Asset Management will discuss frontier markets at the Investment Europe Pension Fund Forum held in Zurich on 19 November.

As pension funds have increasingly turned to frontier markets, Daly will discuss whether this development represents a fad or a long term shift.

Daly is part of Aberdeen’s Emerging Market Debt team, he joined in 2007, having spent the previous ten years at Standard & Poor’s in London and Singapore. During that time, he worked as a credit market analyst covering global emerging debt, and was head of origination for Global Sovereign Ratings.

He was also a regular participant on the Global Sovereign Ratings Committee, and was one of the initial members of the Emerging Market Council, formed in 2006 to advise senior management on business and market developments in emerging markets.
