Columbia Threadneedle’s Mark Nichols to attend Tel Aviv Forum

Mark Nichols, fund manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investment, will put the spotlight on high quality businesses when he presents his approach to managing European equities at the upcoming Fund Selector Forum Israel, which takes place at the Hilton Tel Aviv on 1 December.

Describing the forces that help companies maintain pricing power, thereby driving cashflows and total return whatever the environment, Nichols will outline the process of identifying such businesses in his presentation.

Nichols joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments as a portfolio manager and analyst within the European equities team in 2015. Previously, he was a fund manager in the European equities team at F&C where he was responsible for the Growth & Income strategies. Before that he spent six years at Oechsle International Advisors, where he was a partner and a member of the investment strategy committee. He also covered European equities at Lehman Brothers and Invesco
