Hamburg Summit kicks off

InvestmentEurope‘s Autumn Pan-European Fund Selector Summit 2016 has kicked off at the Sofitel Hamburg Alter Wall hotel, targeting key fund selectors from across Europe with ideas from 16 asset management groups.

The three-day event features presentations from AB, Aberdeen Asset Management, Amundi Asset Management, Argonaut Capital Partners, CPR Asset Management, Danske Invest, DNB Asset Management, Henderson Global Investors, Invesco, Kames Capital, Liontrust Asset Management, New Capital – EFG Asset Management, Nordea Asset Management, Old Mutual Global Investors, Tokio Marine Asset Management and Tortoise Capital Advisors.

Leading fund managers will discuss a broad range of strategies, ranging from multi-asset and thematically led investments, alternative strategies, long-term equity investments or long/short investing.

Speakers will provide key insights on hot topics such as generating income amid record low global interest rates; delivering returns in volatile fixed income markets or investment opportunities from digital disruption.

Opportunities in Europe’s equity and high yield bond markets, North America’s energy, as well as Chinese and Japanese equities will also be discussed.

InvestmentEurope will be tweeting from the event, with further in-depth reporting provided in the next November issue of the print magazine.
