Henderson’s Thomas Ross to discuss high yield at Milan Forum
Thomas Ross, portfolio manager at Henderson Global Investors, will take part in the upcoming Fund Selector Forum Milan 2016, at the Four Seasons hotel on 10 November.
At the event, Ross will discuss recent market movements in the credit markets and will present compelling arguments as to why to invest in European high yield bonds.
The European high yield bond market has returned almost 8% over the first nine months of 2016. Conditions remain favourable, with the Henderson Global credit team continuing to see value in this segment of the credit market.
Ross joined Henderson in 2002 and has been co-managing Henderson’s absolute return credit funds since 2006. In August 2015 he was appointed co-manager of a number of European and global bond funds.
Prior to fund management, Ross specialised in credit trading on Henderson’s centralised dealing desk where he was able to build strong relationships with market participants in order to gain flow and positioning information to supplement credit views. Ross graduated from Nottingham University with a BSc (Hons) in Biology and is a CFA charterholder.
