John Gomez of Santa Barbara Asset Management to attend Tel Aviv Forum
John Gomez, president of Santa Barbara Asset Management (Nuveen) is set to focus on dividend growth opportunities when he attends the Fund Selector Forum Tel Aviv 2016, taking place 7 December at the Hilton Tel Aviv.
Using the experiences gained through the Nuveen Santa Barbara Global Dividend Growth strategy, Gomez will outline the benefits of an approach that relies on equities diversification across both sectors and geography, all while paying heed to dividend growth rates, dividend yields and individual security beta scores. Consistent dividend growth is a “strong indicator for company quality” Gomez is set to explain.
Gomez joined Santa Barbara Asset Management in 2006 as a portfolio advisor. Previously, he was a relationship manager with ING Investment Management, servicing institutional clients in the US Midwest. Before that he was a regional director with Alliance Capital. He is also a founding member of Nuveen’s managed account group – Nuveen Private Investment Management. He has a BA in Finance and and MBA in Financial Derivatives from Loyola University, Chicago.
