Laurence Taylor of T. Rowe Price joins Reykjavik Roundtable
Laurence Taylor, global equity portfolio specialist at T. Rowe Price, is set to bring views on global equities to the Reykjavik Roundtable, being hosted by InvestmentEurope at the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica on 5 September.
Amid continuing uncertainty about the strength of the tail of the equity market bull run, Taylor will look to reasons why the run could end – such as extreme valuations – versus factors that could see the run extended, such as continued low inflation and stable growth.
As a portfolio specialist in the equity division of T. Rowe Price, Taylor represents the firm’s global equity strategies to institutional clients, consultants and prospects. He has some 19 years’ experience, of which nine have been with T. Rowe Price. Previously, he was a quantitative portfolio manager at AXA Rosenberg. He began his career at Hewitt Associates in the UK investment practice, providing investment advice to European institutions, before specialising in research and selection of global and regional equity managers as part of the manager research team.
Taylor has a BA with honours from Greenwhich University and is a chartered financial analyst.
