Léon Kirch to attend DACH Summit Munich
Léon Kirch, partner & CIO, European capital partners is all set to discuss the ECP flagship European value at the upcoming DACH Summit, taking place 16-17 May at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, Munich.
The ECP Flagship European Value Fund aims aim to go back to the roots of Value investing and to offer investors an institutional expertise in an entrepreneurial framework. Léon Kirch will detail his “Entrepreneurial Value Investing” approach focusing on a pure bottom-up selection of undervalued quality companies benefiting from strong earnings power. He will explain why he thinks only a high-conviction, benchmark agnostic long-term oriented strategy should be able to generate consistent return over time and why maintain style purity is one of his main concerns when building his portfolio.
Léon Kirch, born in Luxembourg in 1972, has been involved with Value Style Investing for twenty years now. He holds a commercial engineering degree from Solvay Brussels School and is a CFA. Kirch started his career in 1997 at Banque de Luxembourg as a portfolio manager. In early 2002 in joined Nordea and became the co-portfolio manager of the Nordea European Value Fund until mid-2014. In August 2014 he became partner at European capital partners where he launched his own European equities strategies and get back to the roots of his “Entrepreneurial Value Investing” approach. He was founding president of the Luxembourg CFA society and is a regular guest speaker at the University of Luxembourg.
