Mainfirst to discuss European Equities at Frankfurt Forum
Alexander Dominicus (pictured), fund manager European Equities at Mainfirst will discuss the importance of fundamentally-based stock picking at the InvestmentEurope Fund Selector Forum in Frankfurt on 1 March 2016.
Dominicus will argue that in the current low growth environment, stock picking fundamentals are more important than ever. He will outline detail on what characteristics and fundamentals are imperative for a successful stock selectionand argue that it is its necessary to sometimes go against the current.
He joined MainFirst in August 2009. He is the co-fund manager for the MainFirst Top European Ideas and MainFirst Germany Fund. Previously, he did a trainee programme at MainFirst working at various departments including international work experience in London and New York.
Dominicus completed a banking apprenticeship and holds a degree in business administration with a focus on banking & finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and Emory University Goizueta Business School.
