Maurizo Novelli of Lemanik AM to join Lausanne Summit
Maurizo Novelli, portfolio manager on the Lemanik Global Strategy fund at Lemanik Asset Management, will share his view of the global macro strategy when he takes part in the upcoming Pan-European Summit Lausanne 2016, 19-21 April.
Given ongoing macro risks, such an approach requires not only implementing strategic positions to be held over the long term, but also to take account of shorter term investment opportunities through tactical risk management.
Novelli joined Lemanik in 2015 as portfolio manager of Lemanik Global Strategy Fund and vice president in Lemanik SA. From 2008 – 2015 he was CIO, global strategist, partner and vice president at Zest SA in Lugano.
From 2008 – 2012 he was also CIO at Financial Strategy in Lugano and, from 2002 – 2008, CEO at Rasini & C., Hedge Fund Advisory in London and New York. He also held senior position in trading and portfolio management with JP Morgan, ING and Merrill Lynch during the 1980s and 1990s. He is also a former member of the sounding board of ASG, the Swiss Association of Portfolio Managers.
