Milan Forum kicks off at Four Seasons

InvestmentEurope‘s Fund Selector Forum Milan has kicked off at the Four Seasons hotel, targeting key fund selectors from Italy with ideas from six asset management groups.

The event features presentations from AB, Capital Group, Comgest, Henderson Global Investors, Jupiter Asset Management and T. Rowe Price.

AB’s senior portfolio manager Ton Wijsman will discuss US stocks and how to find long-lasting growth in exceptional US companies.

Jeremy Cunningham, investment specialist at Capital Group, will outline views on fixed income, while Emil Wolter, analyst and portfolio manager at Comgest, will speak about Emerging Markets.

Thomas Ross, portfolio manager at Henderson Global Investors, will discuss recent market movements in the credit markets, while presenting arguments as to why to invest in European high yield bonds.

Ariel Bezalel, fund manager of the Jupiter Asset Management, will discuss his team’s view on the current market environment for fixed income and provide insight on his positioning strategy for the coming months.

Stephane Fertat, fixed income portfolio specialist at T. Rowe Price, will explain the asset manager’s approach to fixed income markets and why constructing a global bond portfolio with the traditional qualities of fixed income still makes sense for investors.

InvestmentEurope will be tweeting from the event, with further in-depth reporting provided in the next December/January issue of the print magazine. Follow #FSFMILAN for the latest tweets.
