Natixis Global AM’s Dwek to consider EMD in Lausanne

Esty Dwek, emerging markets global strategist at Loomis, Sayles & Company, part of Natixis Global Asset Management, will be discussing duration and yield issues surrounding emerging market debt when she speaks at the upcoming Pan-European Summit in Lausanne 19-21 April.

The benefits of low correlation to traditional fixed income and equity becomes even more interesting when looking to shorter maturity issues, Dwek argues, as there is even less sensitivity to changes in interest rates coupled with the ability to still offer attractive yields to investors. Dwek will outline how Loomis Sayles approaches the asset class.

Dwek is an emerging markets global strategist at Loomis Sayles Investments Limited (LSI), Loomis Sayles’ London-based entity. She began her investment industry career in 2006 and joined Loomis Sayles in 2015. Previously, she was an investment strategist for HSBC Private Bank in London.
