OMGI to discuss US equities at Pan DACH Summit
Ian Heslop (pictured), head of Global Equities at Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI), will look at investor behaviour in US equities at the InvestmentEurope Pan DACH Summit held on 10-11 May in Munich.
Among others, he will discuss the level of volatility in response to the US rate rise and the dramatic rotation between value and growth stocks.
Heslop joined OMGI team in May 2004. As head of Global Equities at Old Mutual Global Investors, he manages a range of hedge and retail funds and segregated mandates.
Working with a seven-person strong team, he is responsible for running a comprehensive range of market neutral, long only and short extension funds.
Prior to Old Mutual, Heslop was a UK quantitative fund manager at Barclays Global Investors. Overall, he has 18 years of experience in the industry.
