Genii Capital expands with Swiss office
Genii Capital, an international investment management and financial advisory firm operating within the Finance division of The Genii Group, has opened an office in Geneva as part of global expansion plans.
Founded in 2008 by Gerard Lopez and Eric Lux, Genii Capital has expertise in real estate, automotive industries, technology and energy. The Geneva office will allow the firm to “make quick executive decisions that remain at the core of the firm’s business activities”, a statement said.
Christian Frampton will head the office. He has 20 years’ business experience in Switzerland in private banking, asset management and financial services.
Genii Capital’s investment management services do not follow traditional industrial segmentation but offer services in markets where they are most relevant, and where its expertise and network of partners will be of most value.
The firm offers independent financial advice to companies and governments in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, as well as business development and strategic partnerships. The office will focus on providing services to existing projects at the firm and exploring new asset management, oil and gas trading opportunities.
