Old Mutual AM appoints head of Benelux sales
Old Mutual Asset Management, the US-based global asset management business of Old Mutual plc, has named Pascal Vernaeve as head of Benelux sales.
In this new role, Vernaeve will focus on marketing the investment strategies of OMAM’s affiliates to institutional investors, consultants and platforms in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. He will be based in London and will report to Olivier Lebleu, OMAM’s head of Non-US Distribution.
Linda Gibson, OMAM’s executive vice president and head of global distribution, said: “Benelux is an important region for our affiliates’ global expansion and Pascal’s strong investment acumen and granular knowledge of the region’s key players are huge assets for our team.”
Prior to joining OMAM, Vernaeve managed Benelux institutional clients covering at Man Group. Before joining Man Group, he worked as an associate investment consultant at Towers Perrin.
