SL Capital Partners promotes three senior executives to drive business
SL Capital Partners has promoted Patrick Knechtli and Mark Nicolson to the position of partner and Jamie Ebersole (pictured) to managing director, effective from January 1.
Knechtli, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, will lead the firm’s secondary investment programme. He will also be engaged with primary fund investments and direct co-investment opportunities.
Nicolson will focus on leading primary fund investments, secondary investments and direct co-investments. Mark is responsible for the UK and Germanic markets and also covers SL Capital’s activity in the energy and natural resources sectors.
Ebersole will be responsible for the management of the US investment team and North American investment programme, based in Boston.
SL Capital, a global private equity fund of funds manager with over €6.5bn raised, has been increasingly active in the secondary investment space in particular, and plans to expand this areas of focus further.
