Societe Generale achieves top rankings by institutional investors
Societe Generale Cross Asset Research’s teams and analysts achieved top rankings in the 2013 Thomson Reuters Extel Survey, based on votes by institutional investors.
In the ranking of individual analysts, Alain Bokobza has won the No.1 position in multi-asset research and country research for France for the second consecutive year.
Albert Edwards has ranked No 1 in global strategy and Andrew Lapthorne has ranked No.1 in quantitative research for the fifth consecutive year. In addition, John Carson has been voted No.2 in index analysis.
For the sixth consecutive year, Societe Generale Cross Asset Research ranks No.1 in both multi-asset and global strategy research.
As for equity research, eleven sectorial teams have been named in the Top 10 of their category.
“These prestigious accolades demonstrate the long term efforts by the bank to offer its clients high quality research, in order to help them in their strategic investment decisions,” a spokesperson commented.
