TradingScreen partners with Zeno Consulting on TCA tools
Liquidity provider TradingScreen has announced a partnership with Zeno Consulting Group, an independent trade cost analysis consulting firm for plan sponsors, mutual fund boards and other asset owners, to provide foreign exchange transaction cost analysis (TCA) tools and services.
The partnership will enable investment officers, compliance managers, and risk managers to exercise meaningful due diligence, gaining insight and transparency into their fund managers’ and custodians’ foreign exchange transactions, TradingScreen said.
Challenging market and business conditions are driving asset owners to look for new and effective ways to improve investment returns. Access to joint TradingScreen and Zeno analysis, consulting services and tools, will give insight and context on foreign exchange trading performance.
“This partnership is much more than just an extension of TradingScreen’s offering to a new group of customers and is timely given the ongoing scrutiny and efforts exercised by asset owners in assessing the true costs of trade executions, particularly in foreign exchange markets,” said Jon Fatica (pictured), global head of analytics for TradingScreen.
He added: “This relationship gives plan sponsors insight into their foreign exchange transaction costs at a time when they are demanding greater transparency into investment practices for FX execution quality. Their review process should result in additional business being directed to dealers who are shown to produce best executions.”
