Amundi names new CEO Middle East

Paris-headquartered asset manager Amundi has announced the appointment of Nesreen Srouji as chief executive officer Middle East, effective immediately.

Srouji will be based in Dubai and will be responsible for Amundi’s activities in the Middle Eastern region.

Srouji joined from Standard Chartered where she was most recently managing director, head of Investors & Public Sector as well as head of Sovereign Wealth Funds, covering the Middle East and Northern Africa region.

Formerly, she was a vice president at Dubai-based firm NBK Capital and held positions at Goldman Sachs.
