Annual Outlook published by Swedish funds association

The Swedish Investment Fund Association (Fondbolagens förening) has published its annual Outlook about funds 2016 – available in both Swedish and English – detailing the association’s activities as well as providing facts and statistics about the local funds industry.

Among the information provided through the publication include: details on the size of the local market for funds, details on increased competition and new distribution formats, the emergence of demand for index funds, and an update on levels of fund fees investors can expect.

The Association also provides a roundup view of its approach to regulatory issues, given that funds are used by three-quarters of Swedes in order to save.
