APG supervisory board chairman steps down

Dutch giant pension fund APG has announced Bart Le Blanc has relinquished his role of chair of the supervisory board of APG Group, effective since 22 July.

Pieter Jongstra, vice-chair of the supervisory board , will temporarily held a role while a new chairman will be announced in due course.

Le Blanc will remain a member of the supervisory board of APG Asset Management, as chair of that board.

Following the move, APG Group’s supervisory board is composed of Pieter Jongstra (acting chair), Dick van Well (acting vice-chair), Edith Snoeij, Maes van Lanschot, Claudia Zuiderwijk, and Roger van Boxtel.
