BNY Mellon appoints Wim Hautekiet Benelux CEO
Wim Hautekiet has been appointed CEO of Brussels based Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, subject to regulatory approval.
He succeeds Paul Bodart, who retires after 17 years with the company. Bodard is moving on to work with the European Central Bank as a member of the board of its T2S Project.
Hautekiet has been deputy general counsel for BNY Mellon across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV has offices in Amsterday, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg and Paris beyond its headquarters. It is mainly active in the securities servicing sector, including asset servicing, collateral management and trustee services.
