Dutch fiduciary announces UK shakeup
Dutch fiduciary MN has appointed Walter van Gent as head of Risk and Operations UK, replacing Dirk de Heer, who returns to the Netherlands.
Also joining the UK business is Ross Leighton, as Risk and Operations manager UK, having previously been with JP Morgan’s performance measurement team.
Meanwhile, Colin English, the head of Business Development UK is leaving to take up a role at Russell Investments. Marcelo Dellavedova, Business Development manager UK, will assume responsibility for MN’s business development in the UK until a formal succession plan is announced.
Remco van Eeuwijk, managing director UK for MN, said: “With Walter and Ross joining, we are strengthening our Risk & Operations team in the UK further, which will enable us to continue to enhance our risk monitoring and reporting services for our clients. I would also like to thank Dirk and Colin for their tremendous contributions to MN in the UK over the past four years. The experience we shared in establishing MN as a fiduciary manager in the UK was a special one for all of us and I wish them all the best in their future roles.”
MN operates in the UK and Netherlands as a fiduciary manager and pension administrator, overseeing assets of more than £65bn, and administering pensions for 1.9 million former employees of about 36,000 employers.
