EFA appoints new CEO

Noel Fessey has been appointed as CEO of Luxembourg-based European Fund Administration S.A. (EFA), following the retirement of previous CEO Thomas Seale, the group announced.

Fessey joins EFA from Schroders Luxembourg, where he most recently worked as COO Products and prior to that as managing director and country head Luxembourg.

Fessey will initially work alongside Seale, who led the company for twenty years. Meanwhile, the mandates of the EFA board, including the positions of chairman and vice chairman were recently renewed for four years.

The appointment is still subject to the approval of Luxembourg regulator Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (Cssf).
