First French fund gains LuxFLAG Environment label

LuxFLAG, the Luxembourg based organisation rating funds according to sustainability and microfinance criteria, has awarded its first ever Environment label to a France domiciled fund – the BNP Paribas Aqua.

The fund is one of six, representing some $558m under management, that have been given the LuxFLAG Environment label as of December.

The others are:

Green for Growth Fund, Southeast Europe SA 
Living Planet Fund – Global Environment
Lux-Equity Eco Global
Parvest Environmental Opportunities
Parvest Global Environment .

A further 25 funds are now labelled LuxFLAG Microfinance, representing some $3.83bn under management.
