ING IM confirms timing of rebrand to NN

ING Investment Management has confirmed further details of its planned rebrand to become the NN Investment Partners across all markets it serves.

NN Group was created via an IPO in July 2014, at which time the new brand was first made public.

According to a spokersperson, the current ING IM brand will be used as usual until April 2015, at which point a transition period will start, as the manager changes its name to NN Investment Partners.

“By the end of 2015 we will have transitioned completely to the name NN Investment Partners.”

“In April 2015, our investment funds will have changed names to the NN brand. Where we manage fund ranges exclusively for specific clients, like solutions for ING Bank in Belgium, we will most likely maintain the current brand. Our website and email addresses will also undergo a change in the second half of 2015.”

“With exception of the name, nothing else will change about our company. There will be no change to our investment philosophy, our people and our products. We remain committed to our customers and our business. Our new brand does not change our strategy for growing and improving our business. The word ‘‘Partners’’ underlines our strong aspiration to build partnerships with our clients based on our fiduciary responsibility, our identity and our strategy. We will continue to apply proprietary research and analysis, global resources and risk management to offer a wide variety of strategies, investment vehicles and advisory services in all major asset classes and investment styles.”
