KBL reshuffles management team
KBL European Private Bankers (KBL epb) has announced the appointment of Rachel Hamen (pictured) as group Chief Financial Officer, based in Luxembourg.
Hamen will also join the Executive Committee of the group.
She replaces Yves Pitsaer, who currently serves as Group CFRO and who will remain a member of the Executive Committee as Group Chief Risk Officer.
Hamen will commence her new role at KBL epb in February 2016, subject to regulatory approval.
Prior to this, she was CFO, Continental Europe, at State Street Bank in Luxembourg, which she joined in 2007 and where she also served as a member of the Management Board.
Yves Stein, Group CEO, KBL epb, said: “With expert analytical skills, significant financial services sector experience and a track record of successfully managing teams across Europe, Rachel Hamen will provide tremendous value across our group.
“At the same time, Yves Pitsaer – who has served the group with distinction for nearly two decades – will have the opportunity to focus on managing both risk and regulatory affairs, including at the domestic, regional and international level.”
