Kempen Capital Management adds one to real estate team

Kempen Capital Management (KCM) has appointed Jorrit Arissen as a senior portfolio manager in its real estate team led by Matthijs Storm.

Arissen joins from PGGM Investments where he spent six years as a senior senior portfolio manager in the global real estate team, focusing on North American and European listed real estate.

Formerly, he worked at F&C Asset Management and APG Asset Management. In 2003 he began his career as a researcher at the European public real estate association (EPRA).

KCM is part of Kempen & Co group, a Dutch merchant bank providing various financial services in asset management, corporate finance and securities broking.

Adrien Paredes-Vanheule is French-Speaking Europe Correspondent for InvestmentEurope, covering France, Belgium, Geneva and Monaco. Prior to joining InvestmentEurope, he spent almost five years writing for various publications in Monaco, primarily as a criminal and financial court reporter. Before that, he worked for newspapers and radio stations in France, in particular in Lyon.
