KNEIP appoints new head of Information Technology Infrastructure
KNEIP, which helps fund managers produce legal, regulatory and contractual information, has appointed Lee Marshall as head of Information Technology Infrastructure.
Marshall will be responsible for strategic planning and the development of the technology and infrastructure that KNEIP uses to help fund managers meet with new regulatory requirements such as AIFMD. Lee will work in partnership with Yizhi Sun, head of Information Technology Development.
Previously, Marshall was responsible for the European offshore asset manager segment at JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg.
Bob Kneip, founder and CEO of KNEIP (pictured), said: “As financial regulations continue to evolve, the technology-based solutions that fund managers need to ease the time and costs associated with compliance will only become more important. At KNEIP we believe we are at the forefront of this, and hiring experts such as Lee demonstrates our commitment to building a scalable, sustainable foundation for our clients.”
