Luxembourg based Internaxx changes name to TD Direct Investing International
Luxembourg based Internaxx Bank has changed its name to TD Direct Investing International, to improve its brand recognition as part of the TD Bank Group.
Internaxx – now TD Direct Investing International – is a subsidiary of the Canadian headquartered Toronto-Dominion Bank, which claims to be the sixth largest in North America.
The name change is meant to boost recognition of the company’s services as well as its links to the broader TD group of businesses.
TD Direct Investing International said it has clients in over 160 countries, with assets under management of more than €1.25bn. The client base consists of international and expatriate investors, who use TD DII’s platform and mobile trading application to access markets in multiple currencies.
Annemarie Jung, CEO at TD DII said: “Being part of the TD Bank Group has enabled both our clients and employees to benefit from the scale of a bank that is also one of the world’s leading online brokers. As TD Direct Investing International, we can now clearly represent our international offering as part of a global brand that is known for its client-focused approach, something which has always been at the heart of our business.”
