Meriden Group has announced the launch of its Luxembourg-based Quantum Capital Investment Fund, replicating the Transparent Value SMID-cap directional allocation index.

The fund invests in in listed US Small/Mid-Cap companies and can hold 50% or 100% in cash.

It offers non-US investors access to three share classes with $200.0000, $3m or $10m minimum investments. The fund’s investment process is based on the Required Business Performance (RBP) and Behavioral Risk Indicator (BRI) strategies set out by financial services firm Transparent Value LLC, taking into account systematic behavioural biases by portfolio managers, analysts and investors.

Combining active and passive investment strategies, the fund allows up to 100% cash allocation during market downturns.
