Petercam’s managing director and partner Heymans leaves

Following the merger between Petercam and Bank Degroof, managing director and partner Francis Heymans has announced he will exit Petercam.

Heymans, who is also head of International Business Development and member of the company’s board, has been working for Petercam since 1991.

Bank Degroof and Petercam have signed a definitive agreement to finalise their merger last May.

With assets under management of over €50bn, the new entity is set to offer private banking, institutional asset management and investment services across Europe.
