Ruijter set to replace Frijns at Delta Lloyd

Delta Lloyd has announced the appointment of Rob Ruijter as supervisory board chairman, replacing Jean Frijns, who resigned at the beginning of August.

Ruijter takes on his new position as of October 2015, having been a member of the supervisory board since 2014, he is currently in charge of remuneration and auditing.

Frijns resigned following a decision by the Rotterdam administrative court to uphold a €22.68m fine imposed by the Dutch Central Bank DNB due to abuse of insider information, as InvestmentEurope reported earlier.
