Wells Fargo launches additional Ucits sub-funds

Wells Fargo Asset Management has launched two sub-funds to its Wells Fargo (Lux) Worldwide Fund: the Global Focused Equity Fund and the US Small Cap Value Fund.

Ucits compliant and available to both institutional and retail investors, the two new funds both adopt a relatively concentrated portfolio approach.

The Global Focused Equity Fund, managed by Dale Winner, leader of the EverKey Global Equity team, invests in up to 30 companies located in new fewer than three countries. The fund is seeking to beat the MSCI All Country World index.

The US Small Cap Value Fund, managed by the Stageline Value Equity team, led by Garth Nisbet, Craig Pieringer and Jeff Goverman, invests in US companies with market capitalisation of less than $2bn.

The funds are both available in the following markets: Luxembourg, Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Additional registration is expected to be completed in Hong Kong and South Korea in coming months.
