Otkritie Capital appoints new global electronic trading head
Otkritie Capital, the investment banking arm of Otkritie Financial Corporation has appointed Mikhail Sukhobok to head the firm’s global electronic trading division which includes direct market access to Russian markets.
Sukhobok, who is one of the Otkritie group’s founders, will formally become a member of Otkritie Financial Corporation’s Management Committee and deputy СЕО of Otkritie Capital, reporting to CEO Igor Vayn. He spent the past 12 months managing the merger of Moscow’s two key exchanges MICEX and RTS.

This is a very rapidly developing and competitive environment requiring regular changes and improvements, as well as strict supervision over business processes to make sure they are profitable.”
Otkritie Financial Corporation was established in 1995. It has offices in New York, London, Frankfurt, Cyprus and Moscow, and plans an Asian office in 2012. Clients include institutional investors, corporations and private investors, offered a full service range including equity and debt securities, direct market access trading, M&A advice and financing, structured products and derivatives.
