Troika hires former RenCap banker for equity sales
Troika Dialog has appointed Robert Hagon, formerly at Renaissance Capital, as co-head of equity sales trading in its London office.
Hagon will report to Paolo Zaniboni, CEO of UK office and Olga Klimova, global head of equity sales. He will co-head the equity sales team with James Bevan.
Hagon spent a decade at Renaissance Capital, focusing on Russian and Sub-Saharan African equity markets. Before this, he worked in the emerging markets equity sales trading team at UBS. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry.
The appointment is the latest in a number of senior hires to the global team, following the merger between Troika Dialog and Sberbank at the beginning of this year.
Most recently, Peter Holowka was appointed head of electronic foreign exchange trading and Dean Tyler joined as head of international fixed income sales, both in the fixed income, currencies and commodities division (FICC).
