Deutsche Investment expands its management team
Deutsche Investment KVG has expanded its management team with the appointment of Frank Kreuz as head of Business Development, Juan Miguel Giersberg as head of Institutional Investors and Cigdem Yildirim Klippert as head of Project Development.
The expansion of team is part of the growth strategy of real estate special funds provider.
Kreuz previously worked as managing director Asset Management at Provinzial Versicherung and as chief financial officer of the investment and asset management company GRR Group. As head of Business Development, he will design new funds and products.
After holding positions at Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and ABN Amro, Giersberg was most recently managing partner at the Berlin-based real estate company Ecorenta. With his network he will expand the investor base of the company in German-speaking countries.
Klippert has been involved in planning and construction projects in Germany and abroad since 1996 as project and construction manager. She worked for well-known architectural firms, private real estate investors and public clients. She led construction projects of various sizes for clients such as BMW. In her role as head of Project Development, she is responsible for the client-builder function of Deutsche Investment and bring in her many years of experience in the investors’ reconsolidation potential of the property portfolios.
