DVM’s Steffen Selbach passed away

Steffen Selbach, CEO of Deka Vermögensmanagement (DVM) died suddenly and unexpectedly last Monday.

For more than 20 years, Selbach has shaped and built up Deka’s business with fund-linked asset management and the funds of funds. In April 2018 he took over the chairmanship of the management of Deka Vermögensmanagement (DVM). Selbach was 48 years old.

Michael Rüdiger, CEO of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale said: “We mourn on the loss of a special person and a friend. Deka has lost one of its key employees and executives. Our thoughts are with his family during these difficult hours.”
