Eurizon’s Corcos named Assogestioni’s president

CEO and director general at Eurizon Capital SGR Tommaso Corcos has been named president of Assogestioni, the Italian asset management industry association.

Corcos replaces Pioneer Investments’ CEO Giordano Lombardo, who has been covering the role of president at Assogestioni for the past two years.

Lombardo has been named vice-president of the association alongside Sergio Albarelli of Franklin Templeton and Santo Borsellino of Generali Investments.

Corcos will be in charge for the next three years, according to Assogestioni’s mandate.
