Aberdeen AM to distribute European Balanced Property Fund in France

Aberdeen AM has been licensed in order to distribute its European Balanced Property Fund in France.

The fund, launched in 2006, targets institutional investors with a strategy to invest in retail, office and industrial/logistics properties in the eurozone.

Assets invested in the European Balanced Property Fund currently amount to €487m.

The fund aims to deliver an annual return of 6.5% per annum with outperformance of the IPD-PEPFI Balanced Funds.

It targets a dividend distribution of 4.5% per annum, with no guarantee that target returns will be achieved.
