ACG completes the aquisition of Groupama PE

ACG Group has completed the acquisition of Groupama Private Equity, which changed its name to ACG Capital.

The acquisition encompasses Quartilium’s funds of funds business (€1.4bn under management) and the mezzanine fund ActoMezz (€220m).

Groupama is a long-term partner of ACG Capital and retains all its investments in the funds managed by the company.

“Aligning the interest of the asset management team and investors, ACG Group will continue to grow by constantly focusing on the quality of its management and services to investors,” the firm said.

Founded in 2000, ACG Group has experienced strong growth, largely driven by five acquisitions, including Sigma Gestion and Viveris Management in 2011, and Groupama Private Equity in 2013. At 31 March 2013, the Group had over 80 employees and managed €3.3bn in assets.
