Amundi Real Estate achieves €1.1bn in property transaction for H1 2015

Amundi Real Estate, the property arm of Amundi group, has gathered a transaction volume of €1.1bn on behalf of the real estate funds and managed mandates for the first half of 2015.

Acquisitions have mostly been done in France (68%).  The investments were achieved mainly in commercial property : 91% assets on office properties and 6% commercial.

Last May, Amundi Real Estate has notably acquired “Colisée III & IV”, an office building complex of 24 438m2 located in Paris (17eme) and fully renovated in 2011.

Residential property investments totalled €30.6m.

Regarding arbitrages, Amundi Real Estate sold €12 m in assets as at 30 June 2015.

Amundi Real Estate has €10.7bn of assets under management as of 30 June 2015.
