Athymis Gestion launches millennials’ fund

Paris based boutique Athymis Gestion has launched the Athymis Millennial fund.

The firm’s first thematic fund seeks to exploit opportunities on the millennials’ consumer trend.

Millennials refer to people born between 1980 and 2000. Athymis argues that they will form half of the active French population by 2020.

The fund, which is co-managed by Hicham El Aissaoui and Sébastien Peltier, will invest in global companies that are the most adapted to the multiple shifts brought to the society by the millennials’ trend  (e.g. digital revolution).

Launched in 2007, Athymis Gestion is held at 55% by TLLX, financial holding of chairman Stéphane Toullieux.
