Aviva France CEO named chairman of UFF board

French financial group Union Financière de France (UFF), that shelters Myria Asset Management, has named Patrick Dixneuf as chairman of its board of directors.

Aviva France’s CEO Dixneuf succeeds Nicolas Schimel who stepped down on 5 November.

Dixneuf has also been appointed as a member of the audit and risk committee as well as these of appointments and remunerations.

Dixneuf joined Aviva’s group in 2011. He became CEO of Aviva France earlier in November and before that, he oversaw the firm’s innovation plan and has been CEO of Aviva Italy.

Prior to joining Aviva, Dixneuf held a number of executive roles at Allianz and Paribas before it merged with BNP. He started his career at Alcatel in 1986.
