Aviva Investors France appoints new management board chair

Aviva Investors, the asset management arm of Aviva Group, has appointed Inès de Dinechin (pictured) as chairman of the management board of Aviva Investors France.

She will be responsible for providing the strategic direction of the company’s activities.

Dinechin succeeds Jean-François Boulier who held the role since 2009. Boulier will remain consultant to Aviva Investors France in order to insure the transition.

With 20 years’ experience in finance, Dinechin has held a number of positions within the Societe Generale group including CEO and chairman of the board of Lyxor Asset Management between 2012 and 2014.

The French subsidiary of Aviva Investors had €105bn in assets under management as at 31 December 2015.
