Credit Suisse announces four appointments

Credit Suisse Investment Banking France has  announced  the appointment of Valérie Landon as vice chairman of Investment Banking Europe as of 16 February.

Fabien Antignac and Fady Lahame have both been named co-heads of the French  Investment Banking divisions while Andrea Bozzi has been promoted head of M&A on Southern Europe area, in addition to France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Landon has been working for 25 years at Credit Suisse. She held a managing director position before being appointed head of  the Investment Banking division France, Belgium and Luxembourg in July 2009.

Antignac joined Credit Suisse’s London offices in 1997. He held positions in both M&A and Leverage Finance departments. After being promoted managing director in 2008, he was in charge of leverage finance activities in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italie and Spain.

Lahame worked for Credit Suisse since 1996, holding positions such as managing director in the M&A department. In 2009, he became responsible for the coverage of major French corporate groups specialised in energy, capital goods and distribution.

Prior joining Credit Suisse in 2011, Bozzi held the position of head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Credit Agricole in Paris.
