DNCA appoints diversified fund manager

French boutique DNCA has announced Romain Grandis will join as diversified fund manager.

It is understood he will be focusing on the following strategies : DNCA Eurose, DNCA Sérénité + and DNCA Invest European Bond Opportunities.

Grandis joins from Covéa Finance where he was a European equity fund manager and quantitative analyst.

He managed mandates for the insurance’s subsidiaries of Covéa Finance and covered materials and technology sectors within a team of five managing around €10bn.

Prior to joining Covéa Finance in 2010, he was an equity manager and quantitative analyst at MMA Finance, part of the Covéa group.

DNCA is owned by Natixis and has €19.6bn in assets under management.
