DNCA reshuffles Evolutif fund management

French boutique DNCA Investments is set to reshuffle its Evolutif fund range (DNCA Evolutif, DNCA Invest Evolutif, DNCA Evolutif PEA).

Xavier Delaye, DNCA’s co-founder and portfolio manager of the Evolutif fund range since its inception, will retire from the firm on 30 June 2017.

Pierre Pincemaille will succeed Deleye as lead portfolio manager of the firm’s Evolutif fund range.

Pincemaille was hitherto a portfolio manager within DNCA’s absolute return team, where his focus was on energy.

It is understood he moved to the Evolutif fund management team on 21 April 2017 to prepare the transition.

Augustin Picquendar, Caroline Slama and Thomas Planell will work alongside Pincemaille on DNCA’s Evolutif fund range.

Pincemaille will focus on energy, utility and healthcare stocks while Picquendar will look at TMT, automotive and construction sectors.

Slama will focus on industrial and financial stocks according to the Evolutif team’s new organisation and Planell will be responsible for analysing consumer stocks.

Assets under management of the DNCA Evolutif, DNCA Evolutif PEA et DNCA Invest Evolutif funds amount to €1.4bn currently.

The investment process that relies on an opportunistic approach and has a 30 to 100% exposure to equities remains unchanged.
