Lyxor chair to join French boutique

Former chairman of Lyxor AM, Inès De Dinechin (pictured), has recently joined the supervisory board of French third-party manager Compagnie Financière Jacques Coeur (CFJC).

Among other positions she currently holds,  Dinechin is a non-executive director and sits as a member of the audit and risk committee of Euronext UK.

CFJC has also added Derek Hammond, managing director of Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in UK.

Since its launch in 2003, CFJC has been a broker for over €3bn of assets for large fund managers in the UK and Northern Europe. It has a sister asset management company called Montmartre AM.
